Director Ted Poston seen pictured with some of the stellar graduates of the McCollough Institute for Pre-Medical Scholars Program has been directing the program since 2018. He is truly proud of these students and their accomplishments. The McCollough Institute for Pre-Medical Scholars offers a minor in interdisciplinary medical studies to a small cohort of aspiring physicians. Dr. Carrie A. Cwiak, MD, MPH completed her medical degree at Saint Louis University and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Connecticut. She completed her Fellowship in Family Planning and Masters in Public Health in Epidemiology at Emory. She has been providing patient care for the Grady Health System since 2001.
